The individual "customer card" and its functions
Find all of a customer's information under their personal customer card.
To provide quick and easy access to a customer's data, all of their details, information, analyses, and evaluations are summarized under one customer card.
Each customer card is divided into 7 sections:
- Info
- Medical History
- Permissions
- Nutritional Plan / Protocol
- Check-Ins
- Nutritional Analysis
- Body Progress
Tab 1: Info
Here you manage all important customer information in one central location. Enter personal details, store internal notes, or share relevant content directly with your customer.
General Customer Information
Here you will find the customer's name and email address. You can also enter their address.
Internal Notes
Here you can store important information about the customer that is only visible internally. This includes appointment scheduling, protocols, or individual comments that go beyond the medical history and are relevant for a successful consultation.
Notes shared with the customer
Here you can store important information or recommendations for your customer. These notes are visible to the customer and help them optimally implement their nutrition or coaching. Use them for instructions, reminders, or individual adjustments.
Documents shared with the customer
Upload relevant documents that your customer needs, e.g. E.g., training plans, instructions, or checklists. This gives them access to all important documents at any time. The documents can be updated or supplemented at any time.
Update app password for customers
If your customer has forgotten their password or needs a new one, you can reset the app password here. This ensures smooth access to the app and prevents login issues. After the update, you can automatically send the new password to the customer via email.
Tab 2: Medical History
In this section, all relevant data from the client's medical history is recorded and displayed. This information forms the basis for individualized counseling and a targeted nutritional strategy.
Medical History Data
Here, the client's most important parameters are summarized based on their medical history. This data helps to optimally tailor nutrition and coaching to individual needs.
Goal
The client's personal goal, e.g., weight loss, muscle building, or general health improvement. This goal largely determines the nutrition strategy and coaching approach.
Body Data
All relevant body measurements of the client are recorded here, including weight, height, body fat percentage, and other measurements, if applicable. This data enables precise adjustment of nutrition and training plans.
Activity Level
The customer's activity level provides information about how much exercise they get in their daily routine and during training. This is crucial for calculating calorie needs and determining the appropriate nutrition plan.
Calorie and Macronutrient Goal
The customer's individual calorie needs are calculated based on their body data, goal, and activity level. In addition, the optimal ratio of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins, fats) is determined to best support the set goal.
Nutritional Profile
Here, the client's individual nutritional profile is recorded, including intolerances, preferences, dislikes, and special diets (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, low-histamine). This information is essential for creating a customized nutrition plan that is not only effective but also sustainable.
Tab 3: Permissions
Set individual access permissions and functionality for each user for app use.
Grant individual access permissions for the use of individual app functions and set different functionality for each user.
This allows you to structure your nutritional counseling even better and divide it into different, successive phases.
You can also set a clear focus in each phase of your coaching and avoid overwhelming your clients with too many unnecessary functions.
Tab 4: Nutrition Plan / Nutrition Log
Overview and edit your clients' nutrition plans or logs
Clients' nutrition plans or logs are displayed in a weekly overview, allowing you to quickly get an overview of their meals and recipes.
Maximum flexibility for every nutrition strategy
You can choose whether your customer documents/tracks their diet themselves or receives a fixed nutrition plan. The nutrition log allows them to enter meals independently via the app – ideal for analyzing eating habits or for a flexible diet. Alternatively, you can provide a structured nutrition plan tailored to their goals.
Efficient repetition options for more automation
Save time by flexibly reusing existing plans. Customers who prefer routine can keep the previous week's plan, while new meals are automatically generated each week for variety.
Individual food quantities & clear overview
Every customer has different preferences when it comes to displaying their meals. Quantities can be displayed either in grams and milliliters for precise nutrient control or in pieces for intuitive handling without weighing. The structured weekly and daily view provides a quick overview of past and future meal plans, including calorie and macronutrient distribution.
Easy adjustments & Smooth plan editing
Each plan can be individually optimized with just a few clicks. Add new meals, adjust ingredients and portion sizes, or delete unnecessary entries – directly in the app and always up to date.
Direct communication & efficient customer management
Use the integrated messaging function to discuss adjustments or provide tips – for close support without additional tools. In customer management, you specify which changes the customer can make themselves and can remove former customers from the system with one click.
Tab 5: Check-Ins
Weekly check-ins for your clients for more interaction and feedback
Have your clients complete weekly feedback by answering a simple form in their own account with questions about general well-being, current body data, satisfaction with progress, assessment of sleep quality, and other suggestions.
Your clients' check-ins are automatically saved under the respective recording date and recorded chronologically in a tab list. This allows you to evaluate the check-ins at your leisure and then provide the client with direct feedback on their check-in by writing a message under "Consultant Feedback" at the end of the check-in and clicking "Send Reply." Your customer can then view your response directly in their account.
Progress tracking via photo uploads
As part of the check-in, your customer can also upload progress photos. This progress tracking feature via photo uploads will allow you to visually assess your customer's progress.
Tab 6: Nutritional Analysis
Control your clients' eating habits: Calories, Macronutrients, Micronutrients, Water
The dashboard provides you with analysis tools that provide you, as a nutritionist, with even deeper insights into your clients' eating habits:
- Calorie Analysis: Overview of your clients' daily calorie intake compared to their goals. Quickly identify whether adjustments are necessary to achieve weight, muscle building, or health goals.
- Macronutrient Analysis: Insight into the ratio of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats. Allows you to optimally manage your clients' nutrient intake and adjust their nutrition plans accordingly.
- Micronutrient analysis: Detailed information on the intake of vitamins, minerals, and trace elements. Helps you evaluate the quality of your clients' diets and provide targeted recommendations to optimize their health.
These tools make it easier for you to analyze your clients' nutritional needs, uncover deficiencies, and provide a fact-based basis for consultations and more personalized nutrition strategies.
Tab 7: Body Progress
Body Weight, Body Measurements, Body Composition
In the dashboard, you as a nutritionist also have access to advanced charts and analysis tools for tracking your clients' progress. These tools provide you with comprehensive insights into various aspects of their physical development:
- Body Weight: A graphical weight log shows your clients' weight changes over time. You can identify trends and assess whether current nutrition plans are working effectively for your clients' goals.
- Body Measurements: Charts for tracking the measurements of various body regions give you insight into your clients' physical changes. This data is particularly useful for evaluating the success of your consultation with regard to specific "problem areas" and body regions.
- Body Composition: Detailed analyses of body composition, such as fat percentage and muscle mass, help you assess your clients' physical transformation. This information is crucial for tracking the success of your nutritional strategies, especially in connection with sporting activities, and for adjusting them if necessary.
These tools enable you to provide medium- to long-term, data-driven advice and support tailored to each client's individual goals and nutritional needs.
Codes
Easily filter for valid codes.
The filter function for the code overview in your system brings order to the management of your activation codes. With this function, you can easily filter for valid codes and thus get a clear overview of the available and active codes. This simplifies finding and assigning the right codes for new or existing customers and reduces the complexity of administration.
Instead of trawling through a long list of codes, the filter function allows you to work efficiently and purposefully. This saves you valuable time and avoids confusion, ultimately leading to smooth customer service and a more efficient workflow.
Automatic ordering of additional codes
If you no longer have activation codes available for your customers, you can automatically request additional codes. This feature facilitates continuous customer support, as you can add new customers or renew existing subscriptions without interruption.
Automatically requesting codes saves you time and effort, as you don't have to intervene manually, and ensures seamless customer management. This allows you to fully concentrate on advising and supporting your customers, while administrative processes run smoothly in the background.
