- Customers

Customer registration
No more copy/paste of a code and definition of an end date for the coaching possible.
- The registration of a new customer now takes place within the dashboard via the "Add new customer" button.
- The oldest, still free code is now automatically stored for the activation of the new customer. (Copying an activation code from the code overview is no longer necessary).
- You can set an end date for the coaching directly during customer registration.
(If you have sold coaching for several months, enter the end date directly and activate the automatic extension. Once the end date has been reached, the extension is automatically deactivated. No more "setting reminders", no more wasting codes). - Automatic renewal can therefore be activated during registration.
- You no longer have to accept data protection for the customer. Ideally, you will have already obtained your customer's consent to data protection in advance (e.g. when concluding the contract or taking the medical history).
The individual "customer card" and its functions
Find all of a customer's information under their personal customer card.
In order to be able to access a customer's data quickly and easily, we have combined all their details, information, analyses and evaluations under one customer card.
Each customer card contains 5 areas:
- Medical history & info
- Nutrition plan / protocol
- Check-Ins
- Nutritional analysis
- Body progress
Tab 1: Info
General customer information:
The customer's name and e-mail address are displayed here first.
Internal notes:
In the "Internal notes" field, you can save customized information for each of your clients that goes beyond the data in the medical history form and is relevant for a successful consultation. Here you can make a note of important information about your customer that goes beyond the medical history, e.g. appointments, protocols or other individual comments or recommendations that are relevant to the customer.
Medical history data:
The customer's parameters are displayed here based on their medical history:
- General customer information
- Body data and activity level
- Calorie and macronutrient target
- Nutritional profile
You can change these parameters by logging in to the customer via the "Change parameters" button (top right in the customer card) and making the necessary adjustments under Profile > Plan settings.
Tab 2: Authorizations
Define individual access authorizations and scope of functions per user for app use.
Assign individual access authorizations for the use of individual functions of the app and define different functional scopes per user.
This allows you to structure your nutritional advice even better and divide it into different phases that build on each other.
You can also set a clear focus in each phase of your coaching and don't overwhelm your customers with too many unnecessary functions.
Tab 3: Nutrition plan / nutrition protocol
Overview and processing of your customers' nutrition plans and protocols
The nutrition plans or nutrition protocols of customers are displayed in a weekly overview so that you can quickly get an overview of the meals and recipes.
- Customize your customers' nutrition plans by clicking on "Edit plan".
- Click on a meal to get detailed information (ingredients, calories, nutritional values, preparation, etc.)
Tab 4: Check-ins
Weekly check-ins from your customers for more interaction and feedback
Have your client complete weekly feedback by answering a simple form in their own account with questions about general wellbeing, current body data, satisfaction with progress, sleep quality assessment and other suggestions.
Your customer's check-ins are automatically saved under the respective entry date and recorded chronologically in a tab list. You can therefore first evaluate the check-ins at your leisure and then give the customer direct feedback on their check-in by writing a message at the end of the check-in under "Consultant feedback" and clicking on "Send reply". Your customer can then view your response directly in their account.
Progress tracking based on photo uploads
As part of the check-in process, your customer can also upload progress photos. This progress tracking function through photo uploads will allow you to visually assess your customer's development.
Tab 5: Nutritional analysis
Control the eating behavior of your customers: Calories, macronutrients, micronutrients, water
The dashboard provides you with analysis tools that offer you as a nutritionist even deeper insights into the eating behavior of your customers:
- Calorie analysis: Overview of your customers' daily calorie intake compared to their goals. Quickly recognize whether adjustments are necessary to achieve weight, muscle building or health goals.
- Macronutrient analysis: Insight into the ratio of proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Enables you to optimally control your customers' nutrient intake and adjust their nutrition plans accordingly.
- Micronutrient analysis: Detailed information on the intake of vitamins, minerals and trace elements. Helps you to assess the quality of your customers' nutrition and make targeted recommendations to optimize their health.
These tools make it easier for you to analyze your customers' nutrition, uncover deficits and provide you with a fact-based foundation for consultations and more individual nutrition strategies.
Tab 6: Body progress
Body weight, body circumferences, body composition
In the dashboard, you as a nutritionist also have access to advanced charts and analysis tools to track your clients' progress. These tools provide you with comprehensive insights into various aspects of their physical development:
- Body weight: A graphical weight log shows your clients' weight changes over time. You can identify trends and assess whether the current diet plans are working effectively for your clients' goals.
- Body circumferences: Diagrams for tracking the circumferences of different body regions give you an insight into the physical changes of your clients. This data is particularly useful for evaluating the success of your advice in relation to certain "problem areas" and body regions.
- Body composition: Detailed body composition analyses, such as fat percentage and muscle mass, help you to assess the physical transformation of your customers. This information is crucial for tracking the success of your nutritional strategies, especially in connection with sporting activities, and adjusting them if necessary.
These tools enable you to provide medium to long-term, data-supported advice and support that is tailored to the individual goals and nutritional needs of each customer.
Codes
Code overview with new filter function
Simply filter for valid codes.
The filter function for the code overview in your system brings order to the management of your activation codes. With this function, you can easily filter for valid codes and get a clear overview of the available and active codes. This makes it easier to find and assign the right codes for new or existing customers and reduces the complexity of administration.
Instead of digging through a long list of codes, the filter function allows you to work efficiently and in a targeted manner. This saves you valuable time and avoids confusion, which ultimately leads to smooth customer service and a more efficient workflow.
Automatic ordering of additional codes
No more free codes to activate / renew your customers? Request more codes automatically.
If you run out of activation codes for your customers, you can automatically request more codes. This function makes it easier to provide ongoing support for your customers, as you can add new customers or extend existing subscriptions without interruption.
The automatic request for codes saves you time and effort, as you don't have to intervene manually, and ensures seamless customer management. This allows you to concentrate fully on advising and supporting your customers, while administrative processes run smoothly in the background.
Recipe database
Create your own recipes as a coach
Create your own recipes that are only visible to you and your customers.
As a coach, you can expand the Natty Gains recipe database by adding your own collection of recipes. This allows you to offer customized and creative nutritional options that are perfectly tailored to the needs and preferences of your clients. Your personal recipe collection remains exclusively accessible to you and your clients, providing a valuable resource for customized nutritional advice.
Add your own recipes without a quality check so that they are immediately available for you and your customers.
By eliminating the quality check with Natty Gains, you can immediately integrate your individual recipes into the platform, ensuring immediate availability for you and your customers. This allows you to respond quickly and effectively to your customers' specific needs and preferences without having to wait for external approval and improves the flexibility and personalization of your nutritional advice. The recipes you create yourself are only saved for you and your customers.
Made a mistake when creating the recipe? Simply edit afterwards
Edit your own recipes afterwards to always keep them correct.
The function to subsequently edit your own recipes gives you the flexibility to update and improve existing recipes at any time. This customization option is particularly valuable for adapting recipes to changing customer needs, new nutritional findings or seasonal ingredients.
You can add, remove or replace ingredients, update preparation steps or specify nutritional information. This ensures that your recipe collection always meets the current needs of your customers and remains of high quality.
Food not found in the database? Simply create a new ingredient.
Create your own entries for new foods to expand the nutrition database individually.
The ability to create your own entries for new foods customizes the nutrition database and allows you to add special or uncommon foods. This provides greater choice and customization for your clients' diet plans by taking into account specific needs and preferences.
